Healthy curd smoothie with sprouted chickpeas

Well, a very healthy and delicious drink with sprouted chickpeas. Chickpea seedlings are useful because they contain a large amount of vitamin A and C, fats, proteins, fiber.

Step 1:
Put the chickpea sprouts in a blender bowl

Step 2:
Add cottage cheese , banana , juice (any), I had pineapple , a handful of cranberries or any berries. Beat everything up !
